Currently Suarez owns and operates the most productive real estate office in the Portland Metro market. After taking over the real estate office of about 50 agents just over 2 year ago, Suarez has built the office to over 200 productive agents, selling more listings and more buyer controlled sales than any other office in the city. He personally sold over 110 homes last year alone, and oversaw upwards of 2,000 closed transactions with a total of over $500 Million in closed volume.
