Suarez brings experience in real estate law, real estate title, and real estate sales to his team. He began his career in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Sales on the East Coast in New York before moving to the West Coast over a decade ago. He naturally gravitated to the urban real estate market and has specialized in marketing and selling close-in urban properties and condominiums in the Portland Metro area. He has both launched and managed condo projects which included 3 separate towers with over 350 units in the downtown market, has stepped in to revive and re-launch a condo tower project in The Pearl, and taken the lead role on attached unit communities throughout the Portland Metro from concept and design to final sell out.
His passion for understanding and getting to know Portland neighborhoods has led him to branch out and bring on specialists to focus on different neighborhoods and towns in and around Portland. He has developed a very proactive marketing system to market and sell homes at an average of 99% of their list price and in over 30 days less than the city average.
Suarez has personally represented over 1000 buyers and sellers combining in over $250 Million in closed volume throughout his career. Suarez meets quarterly and masterminds monthly with many of the top agents across the country to strategize on what is working and being effective in the immediate market. His team personally sold over 220 homes last year alone. He partners with, Keller Williams Realty Professionals, the most productive single office and company in the city…and one of the top 50 real estate offices in the nation in volume, number of transactions, and transactions per agent.
