Ross has been with PDX Property Group for quite some time now. She has been helping in the transaction side of things, from pending to closing, making sure that nothing falls through the cracks. Her main focus is email correspondence to all parties involved in the transaction, timeline and contingencies, document completion and compliance, data entry, filing and records keeping. She also does miscellaneous tasks to support the Admin team.

After changing her career from being an office-based Team Lead to a Virtual Assistant, her work background has become wide and quite interesting. Ross is an experienced Virtual Professional with proven leadership, organizational and communication skills. She has virtually supported her business partners in achieving their goals while they’re enjoying the luxury of their personal time. She has served in many industries like Healthcare, Media & Marketing, and Real Estate and has partnered with clients from US, Canada and New Zealand. Ross is always hungry for personal and professional growth. She loves learning new things and unlocking new skills. She is intuitive, with initiative, and is perseverant.

In her physical world, Ross is a Registered Nurse by profession, a chef-wanna-be by passion and a 24/7 mom by grace and choice. She loves to eat (yup, she has a huge appetite for any edible thing there is), she loves to sing (she’s out of tune though), and she doesn’t get to sleep more than 4 hrs in her sleep cycle (there’s a lot more going on outside her working hours). On a serious note, Ross just loves her family so much that she’d do anything for them. She is the perfect definition of selflessness and unconditional love.
